Service Description

Dry needling uses the same needles as acupuncture with the main difference being the length of the needle, the amount of needles inserted, and the target result. Dry needling is performed to target trigger points in certain muscle groups that may decrease pain sensitivity, increase mobility, and reduce symptoms caused by tight muscles such as tingling and radiating symptoms. If dry needling is determined by your therapist to be an essential part of your care plan, it is included in your treatment session. This service fee is representative of a concierge service for those who wish to have increased dry needling sessions performed throughout their care plan or maintenance plan. This clinic can only offer upper extremity dry needling at this time.
