Service Description

During an initial examination, your physical therapist will obtain a medical history, description of your symptoms, and perform an assessment of your range of motion, strength, biomechanics, and general posture. Each examination will be unique to the patient depending on findings during the exam. At the end of the initial examination, you and your therapist will design an individualized care plan that will be tailored to your specific needs.
