Lymphatic massage is a gentle, rhythmic manual therapy technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid through the lymphatic system. The goal is to assist in the removal of metabolic waste, excess fluid, and toxins from body tissues and to support immune system function. Lymphatic massage is used for people with lymphedema, chronic pain conditions, autonomic dysfunction, and auto-immune disorders.
